Job Ad: Project Liaison for PowerAfrika (Asarekrom, Ghana)

Title: Seeking Passionate Project Liaison in Ghana for PowerAfrika’s Solar Mission
Location: Based in or near Asarekrom, Ashanti Region, Ghana
Type: Per-Assignment Basis (Non-Regular Pay)
Contact: Email [email protected] with “PowerAfrika Liaison” in the subject line

Who We Are:
PowerAfrika is more than a project—it’s a movement to rebuild Africa, starting with a $50k solar microgrid to light up Asarekrom’s 800 lives. Fresh off our Indiegogo campaign, we’re Toronto-based but Ghana-rooted, dreaming big on a tight budget. Our goal? A million-dollar website where Africa’s sharpest minds spark mental, spiritual, and economic upliftment. First stop: Asarekrom’s glow.

Who You Are:
You’re a Ghanaian firebrand—sharp, honest, and hooked on community impact. You live in or near Asarekrom (or can get there fast), speak the local lingo (Twi a must), and vibe with elders as easily as you hustle logistics. You’re not chasing a 9-to-5 paycheck—you’re in it for the cause, cool with per-assignment cash (think GHC 200-500 per gig, budget’s tight). You’ve got a phone, email savvy, and maybe a motorbike to zip around. Solar know-how’s a bonus, but grit and integrity are non-negotiable.

What You’ll Do:

  • Guard the Vision: Protect PowerAfrika’s rep—ensure every cedi and solar panel lands right.
  • Talk the Talk: Bridge us (Shangox in Toronto) with Asarekrom’s elders—updates, negotiations, respect on lock.
  • Move Stuff: Coordinate logistics—solar gear from port to village, no shortcuts, no scams.
  • Report Back: Snap pics, jot notes, email [email protected] with the real deal—progress, hiccups, wins.
  • Flex: Assignments vary—site checks, elder meets, vendor haggles—2-5 days each, as funds roll in.

Why Join Us?
Cash is lean—GHC 200-500 per task, paid post-job (PayPal or mobile money when we can swing it). But this isn’t about fat stacks—it’s your name on powerafrika.com as a pioneer who lit up lives. You’ll shape Africa’s future, rub shoulders with global minds, and maybe spark your own hustle (we’ve got MBL training links for that). It’s raw, real, and world-changing.

How to Apply:
Email [email protected], subject “PowerAfrika Liaison.” Tell us:

  • Who you are (name, location, why you’re in).
  • What you bring (skills, elder ties, transport).
  • A quick win you’ve pulled off (prove your hustle).
No CV fluff—keep it real, 200 words max. We’ll ping you post-funding (April-May 2025) if we hit $50k.

Deadline: Open till we find the one—apply by April 15, 2025, for first dibs.
